ScribeMR, founded by doctors, freed physicians from paperwork by pairing them with remote scribes who documented each visit into the doctor's own EMR in real time. That takes real infrastructure: a secure way to connect a scribe to a physician's computer, dashboards for both sides, an admin center to run the operation, hourly billing, and a marketing engine to bring doctors in the door.

We designed the brand and hand-built the whole platform in PHP on MySQL, no template underneath. Physicians and scribes each got their own dashboard, and the admin center let the team manage physicians, scribes, consults, and applications. We integrated Citrix GoToMyPC so a scribe could connect to a physician's computer remotely, wired Stripe for hourly billing with automated invoicing, and built the public marketing site. Then we ran a multi-year SEO and content campaign, dozens of articles, link building, and monthly reporting, plus Google Ads landing pages to convert paid search, and hosted it throughout.
