The challenge

For a counseling practice, the website is often the first moment of contact, and it needs to feel safe. The design had to be calm and welcoming, the words had to be gentle and clear, and nothing could get in the way of someone reaching out.

What we did

We handled design and built the site as a custom WordPress theme with a hand-coded foundation, so it stayed light and easy to run. We developed the content, choosing a tone that put visitors at ease rather than talking over them.

The outcome
