Sabor by Pedro's brought Mexican cooking to Woodland Avenue, Voyageur Donuts set up in Canal Park, Dannie Duluth added a second location in Lincoln Park, and the Lighthouse Spa and Boutique opened downtown, with Underwood Coffee and a Miller Hill Mall Carter's on the way. The Northland Small Business Development Center has been busy too, marking milestones helping local owners get started.
Opening the doors is the hard part. Getting found is the part too many new owners leave for later.
